Because our first day of vacation at Jamestown was really long and the girls got a little cranky, we decided to break up the next day. We spent the morning at Colonial Williamsburg. Then we went back to the condo for lunch and downtime. After that, we headed to Yorktown.
Here's what we did during our first day in Colonial Williamsburg.
We visited the stocks in the center of town. Ellie and Annie gave them a try.
Ellie and Annie pretended like they were petty thieves waiting for their trial.
We checked out the furniture store which was also home to the little piano and Ellie and Annie tried their hand at the piano.
And we found the funnest part of Colonial Williamsburg, or at least the funnest part for a 4 year old and a 2 year old - the maze in the gardens of the Governor's Mansion. The girls LOVED this place and would have stayed there much longer than we let them.
Ellie got a hold of the camera during the maze run. I love this picture she took of Annie. It gives you a better idea at how much Annie liked running in the maze.

Leah hung out with us in her stroller while her sisters ran through the maze. What an accommodating baby.
