The Saturday before Memorial Day found us checking out the Viva Vienna celebration in Vienna, VA. We found out about this one in the Post. The promise of carnival rides pulled us there. If we had known how pricey the rides were going to be, I think we might have passed on it. But what do you do? So we swallowed hard and let Ellie and Annie ride four rides each.

At least we capped our visit off with a stop at Nielsen's Frozen Custard. Matt grew up very close to one in Holladay, UT and was thrilled when he found that they randomly have one right here in Virginia. Who'd a thunk?
