Are You Gonna Eat That?

Ellie has recently decided that she is only interested in eating what is on our plate and not her tray. It doesn't matter if we put the same food on both, she still only wants to eat the exact food we have. This is a new development that began a few days ago. I've tried to avoid eating while she does, just so the only food around is her own. Still it's getting ridiculous. Today for lunch, we figured out a solution. If we put her food on our plates and then hand it to her from our plates, she will eat it. That might be what we end up doing for while. We'll have to see. The beauty is that most things go in phases, so this too shall pass.
