Play? Ellie Would Rather Push (a Stroller)

In order to beat the heat and to avoid another boring day at home, I packed Ellie up into the car today and headed over to Tyson's Corner (a mall some 17 miles away) that has a really awesome soft play area. We've been here plenty of times before so I thought it would be a great little adventure. And it was, except that Ellie wasn't too interested in the play area. We spent about 7 or 8 minutes there and then all she wanted to do was push her stroller around the mall. My thought - well, we could have done that at the mall that is less than a mile from our house. Mental note, next time just go to the local Springfield Mall and let Ellie go wild pushing her stroller up and down the halls. Oh well. At least we had a pleasant time anyway.
