A Late Snowfall

This a picture of our backyard. After enjoying unseasonably warm weather the last week of February, we had a shocking snow storm in the first days of March. I didn't even know it was coming. It's like winter didn't want to let us get away with only one snowfall this year. But seeing as how we went from several inches of snow on Monday to 70+ degrees on Saturday, the snow didn't really bother me too much and it gave Ellie yet another chance to play in the snow, which she loved.
Ellie's favorite thing to do was move snow back and back with her little shovel. She would do this over and over - despite the cold. Matt taught her to say that she was "impervious" to the cold; and she was.

She also really liked helping me clean off the cars.

And of course, making snow angels.

Annie enjoyed the snow too, but we didn't keep her out for too long, since she really didn't like it so much last time.
